• mortgagefrance.com will obtain quotations for you from as many lenders that suit your circumstances. We will let you choose the lender you prefer. 
  
• mortgagefrance.com will supply you with the necessary application forms and a full list of all the documents you will be required to supply. It is against our policy to submit an application to more than one lender at a time.
  
• mortgagefrance.com will check through your completed application forms and make sure that you have provided all the documentation required. We may ask for extra information or clarification and will present your complete file to the lender.
  
• mortgagefrance.com will give you all the necessary contact details of the lender in case you wish to speak with them yourselves or send documents to them direct for speed.
  
• mortgagefrance.com will liaise with the lender throughout the mortgage process and inform you of progress.
  
• mortgagefrance.com will advise you as and when certain documents have to signed or implemented.
  
• mortgagefrance.com will help you with every step of the mortgage procedure until your date of completion.
  
• mortgagefrance.com will also help you with your buildings and contents insurance, advise of other professionals we know and trust such as a notaire, tax avocat, accountant, all of whom speak fluent English.

If we ask for further information or documents, please respond as quickly as possible
